Joint US and Switzerland Program (JUSP) Consulting Project

JUSP is a collaboration of Robert Morris University and Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (OST) where a cross-cultural team composed of 3 American (back row) and 3 Swiss students (front row) work to assist a Swiss company enter their respective US Market.

Throughout the project, we created a client contract, conducted extensive marketing research including 30-60 minute personal interviews, analyzed collected date, formed marketing strategies and recommendations, developed midterm and final written and oral reports, and presented a final client presentation.
